It's simple. You can test your Joyride e-bike for 3 months to decide whether or not you are satisfied with it. If you realise that Joyride is not the right e-bike for you, simply contact our customer service team at support@thejoyride.com.au to arrange a pick-up. We will give you a refund for 100% of the purchase price.
The Joyride Urban is 85% assembled when it arrives on your doorstep. All you have to do is attach the handlebar, display, saddle and pedals.
Joyride Urban’s motor provides assistance up to 25km/h so that you can zip past other commuters.
To charge the Joyride Urban:
Open the charging port on the e-bike.
Plug the charger into the wall outlet and then connect to the charging port.
Check that a red light has appeared on the charger.
Unplug the charger once the light has turned green.
It takes approximately 3-5 hours to fully charge your e-bike.

Shipping to other states varies depending on location. We partner with Pack & Send to provide the lowest cost possible.
Our policy lasts 30 days (unless you have a warranty claim). If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
